Feedback and Action Plan: By Tara Pilkington

In order to get an idea of what people thought of our rough cut, we got members of our target audience to sit down and watch our rough cut and decide what they liked and disliked about it. This meant that we could get an idea of what needs to be improved for when we filmed for our final cut.

Once we got all of our feedback, we then had to create an action plan, based on the feedback we collected, which is a list of all the things we needed to do when filming and editing our final cut. In collecting the feedback from the members of our target audience, it gave us the best chance of improving our music video as they are the people that are likely to want to watch it due to the song being a song they are likely to listen to.

The video below (created by Tara) gives all the feedback we collected as well as the plan of action we will take in order to produce a successful music video.

After reviewing our action plan, we acted on the improvements suggested to us. After making another draft we showed our fellow peers the corrected video. We then asked for feedback from them aswell. The feedback we recieved is shown below. We are very pleased with the feedback we reiceved.

Revieiwing the comments our peers have made, shows that everyone agrees the video is nearly complete. We will correct the main issues shared from th3e feedback.

Firstly one of the main issuesed raised was that a few of the insturment shots are not in time witht he audio. Secondly a few of the shots are too close to the lead singer. Thirdly sometimes due to the shots being so close the singer can become bleached out by the lighting.
